San Francisco’s evolutionary venture studio

Hi happy human friend, we are an Evolutionary venturetainment studio

Cultivating toys, tools, software and experiences. The world is evolving as we speak — we are building a company that evolves with it.

We’re an evolutionary toy company, making toys for humanity.

  • Toys that play become tools that scale.
    • Through a tactical, socially networked product-release methodology (using the coordinated power of network effects via social and legacy media), we deploy stochastic product drops of sexxxy limited-edition prototypes (which could be any kind of product, such as fashion, consumables, health and beauty, software, film and television), events, experiences and beyond…
    • Through iterative developmental releases, we are able to generate an ever-growing, ever-flowing customer retention cycle, which will eventually become evergreen for, basically, eternity? (lol) Or however long we feel like doing it.
  • Toys that play become tools that scale.

An important note you must read before you read anything else, or else :(

Dear reader, you are experiencing this website because you met our founder (Jordan Michael Moon Schuster) personally or were invited by one of his chosen friends and colleagues.

This likely means that you are an angel investor, a VC, or perhaps an extraordinarily talented human with alien-grade powers of technical and artistic wizardry.

Welcome 🙂, we’ve been expecting you!

This website explains the strategy of the Omega Mega Corporation, which is an evolutionary venture-tainment-lab designed by our founder Jordan Michael Moon Schuster and his preternatural friends and colleagues who have been experimenting, working and producing next generation wonders in consumer products, technology, entertainment, science, medicine and human potential for over 25 years.

We have digested decades of personal work and case studies into a business strategy that we believe will be not only financially successful but fundamentally transformational to human civilization.

Let the games begin!

Many companies operate on a broken model

The game of making & selling things is broken.

Ideas are built in isolation, capital is raised before demand is clear, marketing tries to create desire after the fact, and feedback arrives too late to matter.

  1. 1High sunk costs and capital risk before demand is clear.
  2. 2Slow learning cycles and a reliance on internal opinions.
  3. 3Marketing that has to “create” demand instead of revealing it.
  4. 4The result is waste — wasted capital, wasted effort, and an ocean of products.
A row of falling black dominoes labelled Product, Prototype, Capital, Idea, Marketing and Feedback, crumbling into green voxels.

A world evolving in real time

The evolutionary company.

The world is evolving as we speak. We are building a company that evolves with it. A good idea is a good idea. Is it scalable? Let’s find out.

Five figures in a march-of-progress line, from an ape to a modern person in a neon jacket carrying a board.
  1. Explore

    Frontier ideas and discovery.

  2. Prototype

    Make it real. Edition 01.

  3. Listen

    Humanity speaks. We evolve.

  4. Refine

    Release, learn, and evolve again.

  5. Scale

    Demand proven. Ready for scale.

The convergence + Omega thesis

San Francisco: AI convergence.

San Francisco is undergoing a deeeeeeeeeeply profound, momentous occasion in world history, and a lot of it has to do with the AI revolution… but wait (there’s more :)).

We observe that human civilization has arrived at a nexus point in human evolution, sociological development and human cultural expression, where:

Social media
Social media allows the ability for one or more humans to communicate an idea to virtually all humans simultaneously. Social media infrastructure now enables the ability to distribute an idea (in the form of an image/meme/video/audio… media in general) to (just about) the entire human population nearly instantaneously.
Rapid manufacturing
Rapid manufacturing is now a real, durable and super-diversified toolset. We now have the ability to imagine a consumer product idea, express it to our team of super builders, and produce that product within a single day. Even complex products that require material science, food science, pharma science, physics, engineering, electronics and software.
Artificial superintelligence
Artificial superintelligence has matured to the point where those who truly understand how to wield its magic-wand-like powers can produce complex enterprise software, tools, protocols, documents and media assets at the highest of quality, within seconds, minutes, hours or days.

This is a convergence that was predicted 22 years ago by our founder, Jordan Michael Moon Schuster, in his thesis at the NYU Gallatin School of Individualized Study, entitled The Technologies of Social Justice.

Since 2004, Jordan has been prototyping and experimenting with the development of consumer products, global manufacturing, software and entertainment (both live and TV/film/radio) in order to prepare for this epic moment in human history.

His thesisWhen the convergence of Social Media, Rapid Manufacturing and AI happens, we have now entered into a chapter of human civilization where abundance becomes not only possible but increasingly probable.

Omega Mega is designed to be a venture-tainment-lab to explore and experiment with this vision, and help actualize a better lifestyle for humans across the planet… and all conscious beings on Earth and (why not) beyond :)

The time is now. Capture this moment and create the style guide for the next 10,000 years of human civilization.

Our prediction + long-term vision

A 10,000-year legacy company.

Our prediction
AI will make invention abundant. People will still seek meaning, belonging and discovery. Enduring value will follow the companies that earn their trust.
What we build
Shared talent, software, production, media and capital: infrastructure that funds discovery and helps every venture strengthen the next.
The legacy
Compound customer lifetime value, reusable IP and cash flows across generations. Each generation shapes what Omega Mega becomes.

A 10,000-year vision guides what we build today and what we leave for generations to come.

We lovingly study customers’ needs, wants and desires — and create the products, software and experiences they want to keep.

Interest + intent become real experiences

The moment × the response.

The moment

We see a techno-civilization in which almost any product, software or experience can begin taking shape immediately.

The response

Omega Mega moves with customer interest and intent — turning public prototypes into real products and services as quickly as feasible.

The opportunity: shorten the distance between what people imagine and what they can experience.

(The moment × the response) × the virtuous cycle

Possibility becomes a virtuous cycle.

The moment

New tools make it faster to bring possibilities to life.

The response

Follow customer intent. Prototype and deliver in public.

The virtuous cycle

Tell a story. Invite feedback. Learn from each edition. Create what comes next.

Every delivered edition makes the next discovery more informed.

Omega Mega is the next generation of magical artifact engineers with the power of cinematic storytelling & the network-effect multiplier of social media as our super power.

A five-part wheel: a megaphone and book, tools, speech bubbles, a parcel, and a seedling, joined by arrows.

Story → prototype → feedback → delivery → evolution

The venturetainment flywheel.

  1. Story Make a possibility worth following.
  2. Prototype Build in public. Invite feedback.
  3. Feedback Let customer intent shape the edition.
  4. Delivery Turn the edition into a product or service.
  5. Evolution Learn from use. Release the next edition.

Proposed capital discipline

Funding follows evidence.

Discover

Confirm a customer problem and a credible prototype before committing to a launch.

Validate

Run a bounded paid test. Measure contribution, delivery quality and repeat behavior.

Scale or stop

Expand only when results repeat. Rework or close experiments that fail the agreed gate.

Shared services lower duplicate work only when the saving exceeds their operating cost.

Key risks: weak paid demand, inventory exposure, customer acquisition costs and overextended scope.

Months 13–18
Expand ventures with repeatable contribution. Test recurring software payments and paid media work.
Months 19–24
Show cohort retention, cash discipline and venture-level results. Choose which businesses merit scale.

Targets for learning and execution. No revenue or profitability outcome is guaranteed.

Proposed investor scorecard

What the round must prove.

Customer evidence

Paid conversion, repeat purchase, returns, subscription retention and reasons for churn.

Economic evidence

Contribution by venture, acquisition costs, inventory exposure and production costs.

Capital evidence

Monthly cash burn, runway, experiment spend and decisions to scale, change or stop.

Customer behavior and cash outcomes support the investment case.
